The content of the project is to create structural fire protection in connection with a renovation in accordance with the requirements of the monument and the modernization and renewal of the technical facilities of the foyer.
In the first step, different forms of use are to be investigated and measures for fire protection, construction and plant technology, monument protection and safety are to be developed. These are then to be implemented in a second step.
The aim is to create fire protection in the foyer of the television centre so that further, long-term use is guaranteed and a condition approved by the building authorities is established

The tender for the planning services for the project is divided into three lots:
Lot 1: Project planning buildings and interiors
Lot 2: Plant engineering and I&C
Lot 3: Electrotechnical systems, PWA, BMA
Furthermore, the following services are to be provided across the board:
- Site visit
- Inventory incl. on-site measurement for 3D planning
- Participation in the assessment of the fire protection situation
- Implementation of the fire protection concept
- Examination and advice on performance requirements
- Definition of performance limits
- Examination and advice on the feasibility of implementation
- Examination, advice and participation in the preparation of further required specialist plans
- Coordination of all required specialist planners
- Participation in official consultations
- Planning and collision planning in 3D
The contract is awarded to work phases 1 to 3.
The other service phases 4 to 8 are optionally commissioned.
