The object of the contract is the cleaning of a single site, the Lam located in Villeneuve d'ascq, in accordance with the requirements described in the CCTP

the purpose of this consultation is the cleaning services of the Lam, Lille metropolis museum of Modern Art, Art Brut and Contemporary Art in order to preserve the appearance and hygiene while ensuring the comfort of any person (staff, public, etc.) received within the premises of the establishment.

The goal of the market is to provide a quality of service aimed over time at maintaining the site in a state close to that of origin.

The technical details are indicated in the Special Technical Clauses (Cctp) of this contract.

The market implies a takeover of staff. The document relating to the resumption of staff will be sent to the candidates who have carried out the mandatory visit
