The scope of delivery includes the delivery of 3 bus units with additional equipment and the provision of documentation and necessary software under the conditions laid down in the SWZ.

The Contracting Authority requires that the buses offered:
- they were not prototype vehicles, i.e. to be mass-produced,
- were not poise or polease vehicles,
- were of the same brand and of the same type and produced in the year of delivery,
- are identical in the brand and type in terms of design, compilation and equipment with unification of the drivetrain,
- comply with the requirements laid down in the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 31 December 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2016, item 2022 as amended),
- have up-to-date EC vehicle type-approval certificates issued in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Transport, Construction and Maritime Affairs of 25 March 2013 on the type-approval of motor vehicles and trailers and their items of equipment or parts (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2015 , item 1475 as of late. d.),
- have been supplied with the current documents: the extract from the approval certificate, the certificate of conformity issued by the Contractor, confirming compliance with the Euro 6exhaust purity standard,
