In relation to points II.1.5) and point II.2.6): the estimated value of the Framework Agreement is DKK 20-25 million. The range indicated is justified by the uncertainty of the final value of the Framework Agreement. The lower limit of the interval therefore represents the contracting entity's estimate of the expected minimum value of the framework agreement of all contracts awarded within the term of the framework agreement, while the upper limit of the range expresses the expected highest estimated value of all contracts awarded within the the term of the framework agreement. This has been taken into account partly for the expectations of or-dregivers based on a most likely move on the framework agreement, partly for the expected uncertainty associated with this estimate. Crucial to the estimated value of the framework agreement will be for different needs for analysis and how many orders will come from the Ministry. In relation to the lower limit, special attention is made to the fact that the tenderers are not guaranteed a minimum trait of the Framework Agreement and the stated estimate does not imply an undertaking by contracting entities for a minimum trait of the Framework Agreement. Contracting entity estimates are based on historical consumption.

The bidder is drawn special attention to the fact that the bidder is bound by the prices offered, regardless of the turnover which is specifically achieved under the Framework Agreement, i.e. also in the event that the concrete turnover differs from estimates on both upwards and downwards.
