The contract aims at the designation of a company to carry out work of

renewal and insulation of roofs in 103 occupied houses located in 1170 Brussels - various addresses Annex to II.1.1) Title - III_2_LISTING OF ADDRESSES. - in a sustainable and ecological vision.

In the context of this contract, the contracting authority wishes to strengthen social cohesion and sustainable development by undertaking a training, integration or socio-professional integration effort.

The 103 houses will remain occupied by the tenants, throughout the duration of the project, see document III_9 MANAGEMENT OF THE SITE IN OCCUPIED SITE.

The budget for the works is 2,932,289,43€ excluding VAT, fees, connection costs of the boards and other miscellaneous expenses.

The contracting authority reserves the right to carry out the repetition of similar services, — in other occupied houses subject to the threshold of the contract, by means of a negotiated procedure without prior publication.

In addition to these 103 houses, it will be possible to carry out similar works on a total of about 200 houses, for a total budget of 5,693,755.00 euros.

The works will be awarded under the same conditions as the basic project without prejudice to obtaining a possible discount.

The contract concerns renovation and insulation works of 103 roofs of unclassified and occupied houses including:

Site installation.

Removal work (covers, structures, interior cladding...).

Roofing work (roofing, waterproofing, insulation, support and structure,...).

Exterior carpentry work (roof windows, frames, cornice,...).

Various finishing works.

Draining work (gutters, downspouts, dolphin, various connections,...).
