Realization of soil study services - 2 lots The missions of this contract aim at optimal control of risks in terms of geotechnics and soil pollution.they must allow Côte d'Azur Habitat to quickly assess the feasibility and opportunity of a real estate development or development operation. The services, subject of the contract, are carried out on the existing heritage or real estate and development projects of Côte d'Azur Habitat (Cah). The area of intervention is the entire department of Alpes-Maritimes (06), including the municipalities of the hinterland. The consultation is launched according to the tender procedure opened pursuant to Article L.2124-2 of Ordinance No. 2018-1074 of 26 November 2018 of the Public Procurement Code and Articles R.2124-1 and R.2124-2, R.2161-2 to 5 of Decree No. 2018-1075 of 3 December 2018 of the Order Code Publique.La consultation is divided into two lots
lot 1 Geotechnical diagnosisGeotechnical engineering missions. Framework agreement with purchase orders for intellectual services, multi-awarded (awarded to several economic operators), with Unit Price Schedule, without minimum amount and with a maximum annual contractual amount of 168,000 euro (s) (H.T.). The Framework Agreement is multi-awarded. At the end of this consultation, a maximum of three service providers will be selected. When a need arises, the choice of the service provider responsible for executing the purchase order will be made among these three service providers, according to the so-called "cascade" method, described in the CCAP
Lot 2 Pollution diagnosis and land managementThe missions, which are the subject of this lot, must make it possible to determine the risks of contamination of soil, groundwater and soil gases. Framework agreement with purchase orders for intellectual services, multi-awarded (awarded to several economic operators), with Unit Price Schedule, without minimum amount and with a maximum contractual annual amount of 182,000 euro (s) (excluding VAT).
