The services concern: the development of a specific non-alloy steel grade, the forging and heat treatment of the components from this grade for two sets of R7 / T7 and AVM containers, the metallurgical characterization of productions, the machining components with finished ribs, final verification of parts by non-destructive checks, sampling, marking, packaging and transport of components and finally carrying out a price study.

Supply of forged components for R7 / T7 and AVM type storage containers The expected services are as follows:

- the development of a specific non-alloy steel grade;

- the manufacture of forged components including the forging of a ferrule, a bottom and a cover as well as the wrought (ferrule: outside diameter: 570 mm, thickness: 65 mm, length: 1400 mm, mass 1100 kg, bottom: diameter 570 mm, thickness: 65 mm, mass 110 kg, cover: diameter 570 mm, height 175 mm, mass 205 kg);

- carrying out heat treatment of the components from this grade for two sets of R7 / T7 and AVM containers;

- machining of components with finished ribs;

- metallurgical characterization of productions including chemical and metallographic analyzes, carrying out mechanical tests and corrosion resistance tests;

- final verification of parts by non-destructive checks;

- sampling;

- marking;

- transmission of the manufacturing file;

- packaging and transport of components;

- carrying out a price study.
