The subject of the contract is the purchase of summer tires for company vehicles and

purchase of winter tyres for company vehicles used by KWP in

Katowice and local units and organizational units subordinate to the KWP in

Katowice and o/Katowice CBŚP, o/Katowice BSWP, o/Katowice CBZC in quantities

and types depending on the needs of the Ordering Party during the performance of the contract.

The subject of the task is divided into 2 tasks - parts:

Task 1 - Purchase of summer tyres for company vehicles

Task 2 - Purchase of winter tires for company vehicles.

The subject of the contract is the purchase of summer tires for company vehicles and the purchase of winter tires for company vehicles used by the KWP in Katowice and local units and organizational units subordinate to the KWP in Katowice and Katowice CBŚP, o/Katowice BSWP, o/Katowice CBZC in quantities and types depending on the needs of the Ordering Party during the performance of the contract. The Ordering Party provides for successive deliveries in accordance with the demand submitted by the Ordering Party. At the same time, the Ordering Party informs that during the performance of the contract it provides for the purchase of approximately 10,000 pieces of tires, including 5,000 pieces. summer tyres and 5,000 pcs. winter tyres. This quantity is indicative and does not constitute a commitment. The Ordering Party requires that the delivered assortment subject to conformity assessment with the CE certificate has the CE marking, is manufactured as brand new, free from technical and legal defects, admitted to the market and the first grade. The date of manufacture of the tyre must not be older than 12 months from the date of delivery.
