The subject of the contract is the purchase of a subscription to expand the existing Trend Micro Vision One solution with protection, collection and transmission of telemetry data with the implementation and provision of technical support (assistance) for a period of 23 months (92 hours), including training service on the implemented solution for LCIT administrators. The solution must be fully delivered as a SaaS (Software as a Service) system, where all its elements are hosted and maintained by the solution manufacturer. A dedicated Microsoft 365 system protection service must be integrated with the Microsoft package via API (Application Programming Interface), it is unacceptable to use solutions that require changing MX records for the mail domain. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is attached as Appendix 1 to the Terms of Reference - Description of the subject matter of the contract.
1. In the performance of the Subject of the Contract, the Contractor is obliged in particular to:
1) provide a subscription to ATP (Advanced Threat Protection) software for a period of 23 months for the following services:
a) MS Onedrive
b) MS Sharepoint Online
c) MS Teams (Chat)
d) MS Exchange Online
2) implementation of the delivered software preceded by a pre-implementation analysis by the Contractor, the result of which will be the development of technical documentation for the implementation. As part of the implementation work, the Contractor will install and configure the system, conduct tests of the implemented software in accordance with the technical documentation of the implementation and conduct training for the Contracting Authority's administrators in the field of administration of the implemented system.
3) providing technical support services in the amount of 4 service hours per month for a period of 23 months (i.e. 92 service hours in total) on the terms specified in the Description of the subject of the contract and in § 5 of the Agreement,
4) provide the Contracting Authority with access to technical support offered by the entity that is the author of the application software on the terms specified by this entity.
2. Once a year, the Contracting Authority requires a minimum of 1-day on-site training for a group of up to 10 people, including:
(a) Introduction to the system
b) Overview of how to configure and manage the system
c) Discussion of the system's capabilities and types of possible analyses and reports.
d) Acquiring the ability to use the tools provided by the Contractor
e) Detailed discussion of reporting.
f) Workshops.
g) Issuance of a Certificate of Participation and Acquisition of Skills after the training along with an indication of the time of the training topic.
*The total cost of organizing the training belongs to the Contractor
3. The place of delivery of the software together with the documentation, subscription and provision of services constituting the subject of the contract is the seat of the Lublin Voivodeship in Lublin, 4 Artura Grottgera Street, 20-029 Lublin.
4. The remuneration for the performance of the subject matter of the contract shall be paid to the Contractor in two tranches, the first of which may not exceed 1/2 of the total value of the contract on the following terms:
1) Tranche I - payment shall be made within 21 days from the date of delivery to the Contracting Authority of the correct invoice issued after signing the acceptance protocol without comments;
2) II tranche - payment will be made within 21 days from the date of delivery to the Ordering Party of a correct invoice issued after the lapse of at least 12 months from the date of signing the acceptance protocol.
