it is the subscription of an insurance contract guaranteeing, according to the formula "All damages except", the professional equipment belonging to the SDIS, being entrusted to it or that the SDIS has rented.

this is the subscription of an insurance contract of the type "Fleet vehicles" to guarantee the entire fleet of vehicles of the SDIS

owned, entrusted to it or leased by the SDIS, as well as certain associated risks

it is the subscription of a contract to guarantee the subscriber the payment of compensation resulting from Law No. 91-1389 amended in particular by Law No. 2021-1520, due to accidents or illness contracted in service by volunteer firefighters (including SPP agents with dual status), civic service agents, universal national service agents and occasional collaborators (without the latter being able to be counted) falling within his competence (y includes local fire and rescue service staff = non-departmental communal and inter-municipal bodies).
