UCLH wish to procure a partner to advise, setup and deliver an effective and sustainable solution for centrally coordinating the daily flow of its patients. It is anticipated that the solution will need to coordinate functions including, but not limited to; patient care planning, facilities management, logistics services, capacity management, operational escalation processes, asset tracking and general site/facility management. The trust reserves the right to phase the contracting for and implementation of the various elements of this solution, for example tracking of beds, resources and/or assets.
