Region Nordhordland Health Centre IKS (RNHI) is owned by the seven municipalities Alver, Austrheim, Fedje, Gulen, Masfjorden, Modalen and Osterøy. The contract shall mainly cover the requirement for cleaning service in the centre.
The objective of the call for tenders is to enter into a contract with a responsible and professional provider of regular and periodic cleaning services for Region Nordhordland Health Centre. As well as cleaning-related services in accordance with the INSTA 800, such as emptying of waste bins and waste baskets, sanitary services such as refilling toilet paper, towels/paper towels, hand sanitizer and hand soap, operation of dirt-absorbing zones (replacing mats etc.), and periodic cleaning.
The objective of this work is to take care of the surfaces, keep the premises visually appealing, satisfactorily hygienic and ensure a good internal environment. The cleaning service must comply with the requirements given in ‘Veilederen til forskrift om miljørettet helsevern’ (The manual for the Regulation of Environmentally friendly Health care). This consist of all cleaning services, including spring cleaning (‘thoroughly cleaning of all surfaces’).
