The subject of the order is the supply of electricity in the period from 01/01/2020. until December 31, 2020 up to 1,593 tapping points (PPE) with a total estimated volume (+/- 10%) 11,734.22 MWh, of which:
1) To premises and facilities (Part 1 of the contract) - 6,492.91 MWh - a detailed list of PPE is attached as Annex 1a to the Terms of Reference
2) For the purposes of road lighting (Part 2 of the contract) - 5,241.31 MWh - a detailed list of PPE is attached as Annex 1b to the ToR
The forecast electricity consumption indicated above is indicative and may differ from the amount of energy actually consumed during the contract period. Reducing or increasing the amount of energy consumed does not entail any consequences for the contracting parties (recipients), except for the need to pay for the energy actually consumed at the rates specified in the Contract.

The above data is indicative. The contractor should take into account possible fluctuations in electricity consumption.
4. The measuring systems with the tariff group B are adapted to the procedure of changing the seller.
5. Deliveries will take place from 01/01/2020. until 31.12.2020, with the proviso that details of delivery dates (start and end) in relation to individual collection points are described in Annex 1a to the ToR, column "Delivery period"
6. Current contracts for the supply of electricity will expire or terminate with effect from the day preceding the planned date of commencement of supplies (column "Delivery period"). The obligation to terminate the contracts lies with the contracting authorities (recipients).
7. Quality standards: The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity with specified quality standards in accordance with applicable regulations.
The quality standards of electricity are described in the Act of 10 April 1997. - Energy Law and in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of May 4, 2007. on detailed conditions for the operation of the power system (Journal of Laws of 2007 No. 93, item 623, as amended). The rules for shaping and calculating tariffs and settlements in electricity trading are set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Energy of March 6, 2019.

9. The Contractor, based on the Power of Attorney granted, will be obliged to submit electricity sales contracts to the appropriate DSO on behalf of the purchaser (customers) in accordance with applicable regulations.
