Requirements for the modular, electrically heated flow heater:
- Modular construction of the electric flow heater and the associated frame (future gradual increase in mass flow and power with the same design must be possible,
- electrically heated flow heaters according to Cat. 4 according to the Pressure Equipment Directive (2014/68 / EU),
- Power of the electric heater: 200 kW with power tolerance ± 10% based on heat output,
- Heating of 1.32 kg / s supercritical CO
- Heating of 2.1 kg / s supercritical CO
- Operation of the heater up to 300 bar and 650
- Design pressure: -1 bar (g) (evacuation of the system; at the same time -10
- Design temperature: -10
- Delivery of the heater after acceptance of the entire apparatus (pressure-bearing part and electrical part) by an approved monitoring body (ZÜS), issue of a declaration of conformity for the entire system and evidence of the certificate of conformity,
- Design for at least a service life of 10,000 h and number of load cycles 1,000,
- Temperature monitoring of each heating bundle by means of a safety temperature limiter (STB) and safety-related shutdown of the heater, in coordination with an approved monitoring body (ZÜS)
- Temperature monitoring of the CO
- Possibility of external use of the temperature monitoring signals (connection to the control system as 4 ... 20 mA signal),
- Design, manufacture, testing and documentation in accordance with the Pressure Equipment Directive (2014/68 / EU), issuing of a CE mark required,
- Maximum pressure loss at 1.32 kg / s: 1 bar,
- Maximum pressure loss at 2.1 kg / s: 1.8 bar,
- Material pressure device and flange: 2.4663 (NiCr23Co12Mo, Inconel 617) according to VdTÜV material sheet 485,
- Rated voltage of electrical flow heater: 400 V 3 / PE 50 / 60Hz,
- Frame for assembling the flow heater.
Requirements for the control and stepless regulation of the flow heater:
- Infinitely variable heating output with external setpoint specification and feedback (connection to control system, InterBus, analogue signal 4 ... 20 mA),
- Control and regulation for up to 600 kW heating output, for modular expansion in 200 kW stages,
- Control cabinet cooling including recalculation,
- Design, manufacture, testing and documentation in accordance with the Low Voltage Directive (2014/35 / EU), EMC Directive (2014/30 / EU),
- Power supply switch and control cabinet: 400V 3 / N / PE 50 / 60Hz,
- Control cabinets and junction boxes at least IP54 protection.
General requirements:
- Complete documentation, documentation language German, including:
—— operating and assembly instructions,
—— Proof of the SIL suitability of the system,
—— acceptance test certificates, circuit diagrams,
—— Calculation of the electrical connection power with regard to the given thermal power and the operating points,
- Descriptive files and lists in MS Office, drawings in Auto-CAD,
- Issuing a declaration of conformity for the entire system, proof of the certificate of conformity and complete delivery including documentation within a maximum of 52 weeks after placing the order,
- Guarantee of at least 24 months,
- Delivery according to DDP Dresden (Incoterms 2020),
- Construction, installation and instruction of the operator,
- Acceptance at the installation site, whereby the following criteria must be proven by the contractor as part of the acceptance:
—— Proof of the functionality of all components, the system control, temperature control,
—— Operation at a pressure of 300 bar and at the same time a temperature of 650
—— Modular construction (future increases in mass flow and performance with the same design must be possible),
—— Acceptance of the heater by a central monitoring point and issuing of a CE mark.
