This tender consists of two lots: the film and video lot and the graphic design lot. The objective of this tender is to select twenty suppliers for each lot who may submit a quotation in the award phase. Each lot is awarded to five market parties. When there is a concrete assignment, it will be issued under the Framework Agreement by means of a Mini competition. The tenders in the Mini Competition are not only judged on quality but also on price.

The film and video plot consists of the parts:

1. film or video registration

A film or video registration refers to the filming of an event without interruption. Consider the presentation of a prize (for example nursing home care challenge) or a certificate. For example, the presentation of a keynote speaker can also be filmed during a conference;

2. film or video report and / or interview

A film or video report is about portraying an event by showing fragments and editing these images. The report shows a clear story and focuses on the subject or person;

3. film documentary

A documentary is about portraying a specific theme or person. In a documentary you as a filmmaker give direction to form and structure, based on your own vision of the subject. The subject is not only followed, it is explored, explored and put in a broader context by the maker;

4. teaser

A teaser refers to a short clip that must trigger to watch the entire video. A teaser should invite the viewer to want to see more in seconds.

The teaser often consists of a compilation with the highlights of the production. A teaser can also be a separate fragment: an exciting or funny part of a scene.

The activities consist of graphic design of means of communication based on the Vilans house style. In addition, activities consist of concept development and the development of visual language for projects, programs or events. Where a translation is made into graphic design for means of communication, such as conference resources, graphic design of (online) brochures, making posters, making infographics and carrying out various DTP activities. Both for print and online communications.
