The subject of the contract is the joint purchase of electricity active for the Municipality of the City of Radom, organizational units and companies of the Municipality of radom and entities that are a party to the agreement on the joint conduct of the public procurement procedure.

The estimated amount of energy supplied during the delivery period is: 36 317 461.26 kWh, which is indicated in Annex 1 to the SWZ

The scope of the contract includes the sale of electricity up to 986 energy consumption points. The minimum (guaranteed) value of electricity consumption during the delivery period will be: 25 127 534.35 kWh, which is indicated in Annex 1 to the SWZ

The contractual power for all consumption points is a total of 20 331,00 kW

The Contracting Authority does not provide for the contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) and (8) of the PPL Act.
