The assignment includes the provision of cleaning maintenance (daily, periodic and directing activities) and window cleaning.

The client wishes to conclude an agreement with two or more tenderers who have offered the best price / quality ratio by means of a public European tender.

MSA has decided to add the window cleaning order to the cleaning order. The reason for this is that a separate window cleaning plot would represent a very small commercial interest. Due to the limited commercial interest, the clients fear that they will receive no or very few registrations.

The size of the assignment is estimated at 39,000 m2 gross floor area, 10,000 m2 facade glass (single-sided) and 2,000 m2 separation glass (single-sided) spread over 6 school locations.
