The city of Esslingen is planning the general renovation of the community school in the city centre at Blumenstraße 10.

The overall construction project consists of the modernization and optimization of the existing school areas of UG-DG as well as the connecting building, gymnasium and canteen.

Estimated budget: approx. € 8.12 million net.

Expected date frame:

Planungsbeginn November 2023,

Start of construction January 2025,

Completion August 2026.

Technical planning for technical equipment AG 1-3+8 in accordance with § 55 HOAI 2021, service phases 1 - 9.

The commissioning of the service phases takes place in stages. The client is free in his decision about a further assignment; there is no entitlement to the transfer of further services.
