The subject of the contract is the supply of reagents, antibodies and consumables along with the lease of an apparatus for histochemical staining, an apparatus for performing immunohistochemical staining and tests using the in-situ hybridization method. The scope of the contract includes the supply of reagents, antibodies, probes for in-situ hybridization and consumables for performing tests, in the assortment and quantities specified in Appendix No. 5 to the Terms of Reference, over a period of 36 months. The order also includes the lease of:
• automatic apparatus for immunohistochemical staining and in-situ hybridization tests with an epifluorescence microscope, fridge-freezer and distiller;
• automatic histochemical staining apparatus;
described in detail in Appendix 6 to the Terms of Reference.
Package No. 1The subject of the contract is the supply of reagents, antibodies, probes for in-situ hybridization and consumables, including adhesive slides (SuperFrost type) recommended by the Contractor for immunohistochemical staining and in-situ hybridization tests at the Department of Pathomorphology of the Beskid Oncology Center – John Paul II Municipal Hospital in Bielsko-Biała, in the assortment and quantities specified in detail in Appendix No. 5 to the Terms of Reference, as well as the lease of an automatic apparatus for immunohistochemical staining and in-situ hybridization and epifluorescence microscopy.
