This contract, comprising 4 lots, consists of designating 4 teams of project authors responsible for a complete architectural mission including the study and control of the implementation of renovation works, including special techniques and safety and health coordination, aimed at improving the energy performance of housing belonging to La Ruche Chapelloise and located in the Chapelle-lez-Herlaimont entity.
This work is part of the 2020-2024 Public Housing Renovation Plan.
The market is divided into lots as follows:
Lot N° 1: Project author's mission for the renovation of 87 dwellings;
Lot N° 2: Project author's mission for the renovation of 90 dwellings;
Lot N° 3: Project author's mission for the renovation of 92 dwellings;
Lot N°4: Project author's mission for the renovation of 168 dwellings.
