2. The estimated amount of waste that will be transferred to the Contractor during the term of the contract will be 30.00 Mg (subject to the possibility of transferring less during the term of the contract).

3.In the case of transferring a smaller amount of waste during the term of the contract, the Contractor will not make any claims in this respect.

4.Za the cargo will be carried out with the Ordering Party's equipment, enabling efficient filling of the Contractor's means of transport, e.g. containers, semi-trailers, semi-trailers with a moving floor.

5. The subject of the order shall be prepared by the Ordering Party for collection in the following form: in bulk in a container.

6. Frequency of waste collection: minimum 1, maximum 10 times / month.

7. The Contracting Authority estimates that it will commission the service of acceptance of the subject of the contract in at least 70% of the value for which the contract will be concluded as a result of the conduct of the procedure in question, i.e. the amount that the Contracting Authority intends to allocate to finance the contract (according to the part).

2. The estimated amount of waste that will be transferred to the Contractor during the term of the contract will be 40.00 Mg (subject to the possibility of transferring less during the term of the contract).

3.In the case of transferring a smaller amount of waste during the term of the contract, the Contractor will not make any claims in this respect.

4. Waste with the code 20 03 99 will be delivered to the Contractor's installations immediately after production, from Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.;

5. The Contractor guarantees the acceptance of waste brought by the Contracting Authority from Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

6. The Ordering Party shall deliver the waste to the installation in a loose form / in plastic bags, by a self-unloading vehicle.

7. Due to the nature and properties of waste with the code 20 03 99, the installation for which the contractor will accept waste must be located within a maximum of 30 km from the border of the city of Opole.

8. The Contracting Authority estimates that it will commission the service of acceptance of the subject of the contract in at least 70% of the value for which the contract will be concluded as a result of the conduct of the procedure in question, i.e. the amount that the Contracting Authority intends to allocate to finance the contract (according to the part).
