The object of the order is to receive from Monday to Saturday from 6:00 - 22:00 indicated in the description of the order types of municipal waste from property owners residing from the area of the Municipality City of Ozorków and their development and the establishment and maintenance of a selective collection point waste for property owners residing in the territory of the city of Ozorków.

The subject of the contract is the collection from Monday to Saturday between 6:00 and 22:00 indicated in the description of the contract types of municipal waste from the owners of real estate residing in the Municipality of Ozorków and their management as well as the creation and operation of a selective waste collection point for owners of real estate residing in the city of Ozorków. 1. Collection of waste from outside the property 1.1. Single-family housing 1.1.1. Unsorted (mixed) municipal waste (code 20 03 01) 1.1.2. Separately collected municipal waste 1.1.3. Green waste 1.1.4. Bulky waste 1.1.5. Biodegradable waste 1.2. Multi-family housing 1.2.1. Unsorted (mixed) municipal waste (code 20 03 01) 1.2.2. Separately collected municipal waste 1.2.3. Green waste 1.2.4. Bulky waste 1.2.5. Biodegradable waste 2. Container registration Containers used in the city of Ozorków for the collection of mixed waste are mostly marked with a sticker with a bar code enabling identification of the owner of the property through the 4-digit number assigned to him provided by the Ordering Party and the type of container, streets and exact address of the property. The obligation to register containers is enforced on an ongoing basis. 3. Management of a selective waste collection point The Contractor shall prepare the necessary documentation and obtain valid permits and decisions necessary to operate the said point, in accordance with applicable law. The Contractor will develop the site by equipping it with containers for selective collection of the following waste: plastics and multi-material packaging waste, glass, paper, metals, bulky waste, biodegradable kitchen waste, green waste, electrical and electronic waste, batteries and accumulators, chemicals, tires, expired medicines, construction and renovation waste, waste not eligible for medical waste generated in household as a result of the administration of medicinal products in the form of injections and monitoring the level of substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes, waste textiles and clothing. 4. Operation of a selective municipal waste collection point Organization by the Contractor from 01.09.2023 at a distance of no more than 10 km from the administrative borders of the city of Ozorków Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (hereinafter PSZOK), its maintenance, service and waste management. A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in Annex 12 to SWZ 5. The contracting authority provides for the award of contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7). Scope of services – repetition of services specified in this order, i.e. collection of waste from the area of the city of Ozorków, establishment and operation of a selective waste collection point with a value not exceeding 20% of the basic order.
