The subject of the order is the delivery of 11 all-terrain cars of the PICK UP type with truck approval, 5-seater, double cab, 4 x 4 drive, with built-up cargo space and automatic transmission. The cars in question must be of the same brand, of the same model/type, of the same version, produced by the same manufacturer. They must have the same styling and color scheme (shades of gray, graphite) and equal equipment and organization of passenger space. The components, parts used, solutions and technical parameters must be the same in all the vehicles offered. A detailed description and method of execution of the order shall include the Technical Specification constituting Annex No 1 and Annex No 1A to SWZ.

1. The scope of the order includes the delivery of 11 truck-approved off-road cars, 5-seater, double-cab, 4 x 4 drive, with built-up cargo space and automatic transmission. The cars in question must be of the same brand, of the same model/type, of the same version, produced by the same manufacturer. They must have the same styling and color scheme (shades of gray, graphite) and equal equipment and organization of passenger space. The components, parts used, solutions and technical parameters must be the same in all the vehicles offered. The technical parameters and performance of the vehicle must ensure the ability to move smoothly and quickly to the place of execution of tasks in all weather conditions both on paved roads and with variable off-road conditions. A detailed description and method of execution of the order shall include the Technical Specification, constituting Annex No 1 and Annex No 1A to the SWZ.

2. Supplied cars must be factory new, i.e. not previously used, not recorded, not used for test, presentation, test driving and produced no earlier than 2021, must be free from physical and legal defects, including not encumbered by the rights established for the benefit of persons third.

3. The vehicles in question must be approved by weight, taking into account current emission and noise levels. The cars offered must come from the official distribution channel of the manufacturer in Poland.

4. Warranty of the Contractor or manufacturer on the subject of the contract (expressed in the number of months):

(a) a basic mechanical guarantee per vehicle covering the entire subject of the contract for a period of not less than 36 months or 100,000 km;

(b) a lacquer coating guarantee for a minimum period of 36 months without a limit of kilometers;

(c) warranty for perforation of the body for a minimum period of 72 months without a kilometre limit.

The warranty period will be counted from the date of the double-signed faultless receipt protocol confirming the execution of the item of the order.

For the subject of the contract, the Contractor shall grant warrants for a minimum period of 2 years from the date of signing the final reception protocol.

5. The Contractor shall forward to each of the partners who have authorized Kluczborski County to prepare, carry out and award this contract a set of documents required for registration of vehicles in Poland. However, if, on the basis of the documents provided by the Contractor, the registration and entry of the vehicle into motion, all costs associated with the adjustment of the vehicle to the required standards and requirements in accordance with the Polish approval regulations would be incurred by the Contractor. Delivered vehicles on the date of signing the Protocol stating compliance of the cars offered with the requirements of the Contracting Authority must comply with the current rules of vehicle registration sufficient for the recipients/payers to complete registration formalities.

6. The Contractor shall provide training on the use of vehicles and the operation of special devices with persons appointed by the Order/Partner (2 persons per 1 vehicle). Applies to each of the vehicles offered. Training will take place before handing over vehicles, duration up to 30 minutes.

7. The Contractor is obliged to provide and thereby calculate periodic reviews during the duration of the guarantee: 3 years or 100,000 km.

8. The Contractor shall post an inscription (durable sticker) on each of the cars offered informing the received funding in accordance with the guidelines set out on https://rpo.opolskie.pl/?p=30362, without losing the warranty for the paint coating.

9. Deadline of the order: 150 days from the date of conclusion of the contract. Delivery and settlement will take place on the basis of a business-to-financial schedule proposed by the Contractor and accepted by the Contracting Authority. The fact-to-financial schedule will be submitted for acceptance prior to the signing of the contract.
