In order to define a strategy for the development of renewable energies on its territory, the Territorial and Rural Balance Pole (Petr) of the Pays de Sarrebourg wishes to draw up a master plan for the development of renewable energies. Developed in conjunction with the implementation of the Territorial Coherence Scheme (Scot), this approach will include an environmental assessment linked to both the renewable energy scheme and the simplified procedure for amending the Scot. The contract concerns a project management assistance mission to support the PETR in this territorial planning process
