The subject of the contract is the provision of services consisting in the maintenance and maintenance of urban park areas and the maintenance of sidewalks adjacent to them.

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services consisting in the maintenance and maintenance of urban park areas and the maintenance of sidewalks adjacent to them, including, inter alia:

cleaning of entrusted green areas, maintaining the cleanliness of sidewalks and alleys located within green areas and waste disposal,

mowing grass with and without swath export,

leaf removal,

care works within the woodwork, such as sanitary and corrective cuts,

Removal of drying, subchair of crowns, removal of trees, removal of windfarms,

cutting ornamental shrubs, their care, hedge-forming cuts,

weeding plantings of shrubs, perennials and flowers,

planting plants and flowers in the ground,

prevention and control of plant diseases and pests,

replenishment of the dog paddock surface,

regular rounds and control of the condition of green areas,

maintaining the cleanliness of fountains outside the season of their operation,

care of greenery around the gazebo and fountain in the Youth Park,

maintaining cleanliness and order of the gazebo facility in the Youth Park,

maintenance of urban toilets in the Central Park and in the Youth Park,

supervision and ongoing maintenance of the water supply system supplying vegetation irrigation wells and drinkers.

4. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to provide a guarantee for a period of 3 months for planted flowers and perennials.
