This consultation concerns the award of a framework agreement for purchase orders for the vectorization of plans for feeding a graphic database from plans provided by the contracting authority, according to the graphic entry specifications annexed to the Special Technical Clauses (CCTP). More particularly vectorization services relate to:- the vectorization of new real estate complexes delivered and / or taken into management; - the correction of existing vectorized plans (maintenance or recovery of sites). The contracting authority is the GIE SIN which acts in the name and on behalf of:- CDC Habitat;- CDC Habitat Social;- Ste Barbe;- Ysalia Centre Loire Habitat;- Ysalia Habitat Garonne.
