The Municipality of Winterswijk sets up the Dynamic Purchase System (hereinafter: DAS) for the purchase of various types of ICT hardware, mobile (communication) devices, workplace hardware and additional services. With regard to the changing circumstances, the municipality of Winterswijk needs a flexible way of purchasing various ICT hardware and (communication) equipment (such as thin clients, laptops, tablets, smartphones, etc.) and additional services.
