The city of Hamont-Achel wants to start building a new sports hall and demolish the current sports hall. The realization of the new sports hall must meet the many years of increasing occupancy of the sports hall.

The city of Hamont-Achel wishes to realize the new construction project by means of a DBm order.

The scope of the Assignment includes the conceptualization of the requested solution (Design), the implementation, the project management of the construction across all phases and the completion in a delivery of the project (Build), all maintenance activities related to the technical installations are necessary to keep the new sports complex in optimal (usage) condition for a period of ten years (m).
