A framework agreement will be signed for the management of the green areas and outside areas that Sunnaas Hospital Trust is responsible for. The service includes:

- Management of forest edges/thicket

- Management of lawns

- Management of bushes

- Management of hedges, cutting

- Management of summer flowers

- Management of perennials

- Management of fruit trees. In addition Sunnaas Hospital Trust will have an option for:

- Management of hedges, free-growing

- Management of winding and climbing plants

- Management of border roses

- Management of solitary trees

- Management of roads/open spaces with paving stones, gravel areas, places with round stones
