The purpose of this framework agreement is to ensure the surveillance and security of the administrative premises of the various structures located on the Alma-Fontenoy site in Roubaix as well as the exterior parts of the island (plots, corridors). This mission has a twofold purpose: to ensure the safety of agents and residents of the various structures hosting the public on the site during business hours and to ensure 7 days a week and 365 days a year the security of the property and the durability of the facilities. The city of Roubaix, coordinator of the grouping of orders concluded with the CCAS and LMH, is mandated by all the beneficiary structures, members of the group, to execute the contract for the benefit of each form of market: with purchase orders without minimum or maximum. Award of a single market. Framework agreement concluded for an initial period of 1 year from the notification of the contract.
