The municipality of Wallisellen is the owner of plot 8281 and the ice rink there and the Spoede restaurant. Both plants are getting old and need to be renovated. For this purpose, the entire facility except for the Spoede restaurant is demolished and rebuilt. The Spoede restaurant is being dismantled and rebuilt from there.
