The subject of this procedure are the following services:

- migration project,

- fixed telephony services,

- assistance, maintenance and monitoring services,

- services on intelligent network platform,

- additional services referred to in the technical specifications.

The framework agreement to be signed with the successful tenderer will have a duration of 36 (thirty-six) months starting from the date of the stipulation and a maximum amount of EUR 21 000 000.00 (twenty-one million euros / 00), excluding VAT.

With regard to the identification and quantification of the security charges and related DUVRIs (determination no. 3/2008 of the AVCP), as this is a framework agreement, it should be noted that, upon the occurrence of the conditions, the same will be quantified by the individual companies upon issue of the application orders.

The contracting authority reserves the right to exercise the amount option, under the same terms and conditions, with one or more unilateral deeds, for a maximum of EUR 14 000 000.00, excluding VAT. The contracting station also reserves the right to exercise the option of time extension of the framework agreement, before the natural expiry, for a maximum of an additional 24 months, at the same terms and conditions, with one or more unilateral deeds, in the hypothesis in which at the end of the term the maximum established amount is not exhausted. The above options, if exercised, will be communicated to the contractor by certified e-mail at least 10 days before the framework agreement expires. With reference to the maximum amount of the framework agreement, it is specified that the contractor will have nothing to claim for any reason against the services not requested and consequently not returned during the execution of the framework agreement, in the case in which at the moment of the expiry of this last, the maximum amount of the same has not been consumed and whatever the amount of the services requested up to the moment. It should be noted that the contract was not divided into lots due to the indivisibility of the services to be awarded and the need for uniform management of services and execution of the contract.
