Carrying out development (programming) work on the system of handling recruitment and document management in grant and scholarship programs at the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage.

The subject of the contract is to carry out development (programming) works on the recruitment and documentation management system in grant and scholarship programs at the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage, as well as the provision of maintenance services and technical support

a. Programming work on the development of the SOP system functionality will be carried out within 18 months from the date of conclusion of the contract.

b. The Contracting Authority plans to commission the Contractor with a maximum of 2000 hours of programming work

The subject of the contract is specified in detail in the Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ), constituting Annex 4 to the SWZ, constituting at the same time Annex No. 1 to the draft provisions of the contract.

The Ordering Party reserves the right to exercise the Option Right and extend the term of the Agreement under the conditions specified in the Description of the Subject of the Order by a maximum of 12 months according to the rates offered for the basic order.
