The Removals Framework is a joint procurement between Bournemouth Borough Council, the Borough of Poole (this includes Poole Housing Partnership known as PHP), Christchurch, East Dorset known as (‘the Council’) Bournemouth Borough Council is leading on the procurement process.

A Framework Agreement is an agreement that sets out the terms under which individual contracts (call-offs) are let during the contract period.

The contract will cover 2 lots;

— Lot 1 — Housing Removals.

— Lot 2 — Council Accommodation Removals.

The Council is seeking to appoint a removal firms to assist with housing residential removal services. We require an experienced and professional removal companies to transport residential property from 1 property to another for our housing teams and our social care teams.

The Council is also seeking to appoint a removal firm to assist with Council Accommodation removals.

The estimated contract value for both lots is 500 000 GBP.

The Council is seeking to appoint a removal firms to assist with residential removal services. We require an experienced and professional removal companies to transport residential property from 1 property to another for our housing teams and our social care teams.

A maximum of 5 suppliers will be accepted onto Lot 1. Suppliers will be ranked in order of highest score. Work be allocated based on highest ranking supplier and availability. Once accepted onto the Framework, suppliers will be asked to resubmit their prices on a annual basis, following the first 18 months.

There will be 1 supplier awarded for Lot 2. You may apply for 1 or both lots.

The Council is also seeking to appoint a removal firm to assist with Council Accommodation removals.
