The purpose of this tender is the contracting by the Private Foundation of the Hospital de la Santa Cruz y Sao Paulo, as policyholder, of insurance coverage that covers losses and material damage to the assets of the Private Foundation of the Hospital de la Santa Cruz y Sao Paulo, as a result of the materialization of any of the risks covered and described in the Technical Specifications.

This contract is necessary for the fulfillment and realization of the institutional up to the Private Foundation. The nature and extent of the needs intended to be met by the planned contract, as well as the suitability of its object and content to meet them, are specified in the coverage described in the Technical Specifications, which will allow to control and cushion the budgetary impact that the accident rate could cause, in accordance with the principles of sustainability, effectiveness and efficiency and, in particular, resource saving.
