This consultation concerns the service contract of the OPC (Scheduling, Piloting and Coordination) mission relating to operation 1287 - OASIS 2.4a.

The project concerns block 2.4a which is part of a grouped set of three lots (2.3, 2.4a and 2.4b) of the "ZAC MERIDIA" in Nice in the scope of intervention of the EPA NICE ECOVALLÉE-PLAINE DU VAR.

The operation concerns the construction of a building of:

- 156 student housing units

- 1 caretaker's accommodation

- 2 Commercial premises

- 41 parking spaces in the basement

The purpose of the OPC's mission is to schedule, plan and coordinate the interventions of all the participants contributing to the construction of the structure and whose decision-making conditions the respect of deadlines, as well as to its effective commissioning.
