By determining to contract n. 4/2021/STE/ATO of 13.5.2021, this administration has decided to entrust the supply including testing M.C.T.C., transport and unloading of 71 light trucks set up, through the conclusion of a framework agreement, with a single operator, pursuant to art. 54, paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree 50/2016.

The award will take place through open procedure and with the application of the lowest price criterion, pursuant to articles 60 and 95 of Legislative Decree 18.4.2016, n. 50 — Code of Public Contracts (hereinafter: Code).

The place of delivery of the supply is on the national territory at the motorparks of the trunk directorates on the routes within the competence of Autostrade per l'Italia SpA (NUTS code: ITC33, ITC4C, ITH55, ITI14, ITI 43, ITI45, ITF13, ITF47, ITH42).
