The subject of the contract is the construction of two multi-family residential buildings, with basements along with land development, with above-ground parking spaces and internal and external technical infrastructure in Legionowo at Gen Tadeusza Buka Street. The investment is located on a plot with registration number No. 1/876 within 63 along with obtaining the final occupancy permit for the entire task. Building permit No. 2066/21 of 02.12.2021 The scope of works and construction works includes, among others: construction of two multi-family residential buildings, basement with internal and external technical infrastructure (water and sewage, rainwater, electrical, teletechnical, central heating), connections of the above-mentioned installations, water supply network and land development, with above-ground parking spaces, entrance and internal roads, rainwater drainage, small architecture including fencing and external lighting in Legionowo.

The subject of the contract is the construction of two multi-family residential buildings, basement with land development, with above-ground parking spaces and internal and external technical infrastructure in Legionowo at Gen Tadeusza Buka Street. The investment is located on a plot with registration number No. 1/876 within 63 along with obtaining the final occupancy permit for the entire task. Building permit No. 2066/21 of 02.12.2021 The scope of works and construction works includes, among others:

1) construction of two multi-family residential buildings, basement with internal and external technical infrastructure (water and sewage, rainwater, electrical, teletechnical, central heating), connections of the above-mentioned installations, water supply network and land development, with above-ground parking spaces, entrance and internal roads, rainwater drainage, small architecture including fencing and external lighting in Legionowo at Gen. Tadeusza Buka Street, in accordance with construction and executive design, made by AMW Invest Sp. z o.o.;

2) removal of power grid collisions of the medium voltage network according to a separate project;

3) land development, including plantings in accordance with the land development project, as well as care of greenery with a period of 3 years from the date of the final acceptance protocol in order to preserve them in a condition consistent with the project,

4) preparation of the energy performance of the building,

5) execution and transmission of as-built documentation in the amount of 3 copies of the paper version and 2 copies of the electronic version (transmitted on 2 electronic media).

6) obtaining the final occupancy permit for the entire scope of the contract.

2. Note

1) Listed in the project documentation, in the part of land development in point 2.2.1. of the PZT description, three cubature buildings to be demolished, and listed in point 2.2.2. of this description, elements of inactive ground electrical infrastructure such as lighting lanterns, electrical switchboards, and above-ground concrete elements with an unidentified function and car ramp, intended for removal, are not the subject of this tender procedure, because the above-mentioned objects have already been demolished and removed as part of a separate order.

2) All trees and shrubs shown in the project documentation (both marked for felling and for preservation) located on the plot at the time of drawing up the project were cut down under a separate order, therefore no felling or protection (protection) of existing trees for the duration of construction is the subject of this tender procedure.
