Development of a new IT system for driver's license registers.

The new IT system, which will handle driving licences, is supposed to be dynamic and useful for the officials who administer applications and maintain the driving licence register. Registry information available today in the KKR system should be moved to a new IT system by migrating data from the old system that exists in IBM i environment. The system integrations that exist from the old system need to be moved over to the new system safely and smoothly. The new system integrations should also be linked and introduced to the new system. The system shall be able to record data on traffic offences and the status of driving law may then be changed. The system should be able to receive and store images for a driver's license.
