the basic tender amount of € 496,437.50, excluding tax, social security and social security charges, was calculated by applying the Parameters Decree approved by the Ministry of Justice on 17.06.2016 concerning "The tables of fees commensurate with the quality level of design services" adopted pursuant to Article 24, paragraph 8, of Legislative Decree no. 50 of 2016, as specified in art. 12 of the specifications, based on the sum of the estimated amount of work for the individual interventions equal to € 31,090,000.00 (including security charges) excluding VAT.

For the purpose of determining the consideration, please refer to the aforementioned art. 12, containing, for each assistance, the classification and the value of the work.

Subcontracting: Pursuant to art. 31, paragraph 8 of Legislative Decree 50/2016, subcontracting is prohibited, except as provided for in the same. Payments relating to the services performed by the subcontractor will be made directly to the subcontractor pursuant to art. 105 paragraph 13 of Legislative Decree 50/16 subject to confirmation of regular execution by the successful bidder. Deposits and guarantees required: The successful bidder must provide the definitive guarantee as per art. 103 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 and art. 17 of the Specifications. Legal form to be taken by the Temporary Grouping of Competitors: The participation of economic operators in single or associated form is allowed, according to the provisions of art. 48 of Legislative Decree 50/2016, provided that they meet the requirements prescribed by this announcement and by the tender regulations. Method of determining the consideration: as per art. 12 of the specifications. In relation to the institution of the availment, reference is made to the provisions of art. 89 of Legislative Decree 50/2016.
