Replacement service with delivery of new monoblock wheels, bearings and brake discs on 3 pieces of electric multiple units type 36WEa.

Replacement service with delivery of new monoblock wheels, bearings and brake discs on 3 pieces of electric multiple units type 36WEa.

The scope of the contract includes:

1) delivery of 48 pcs. (in words: forty-eight pieces) monobloc rolling and driven wheels (16 wheels per one Vehicle) - drawing no. 70RSNd 090101-1-01 (rev. E or newer);

2) delivery of 48 sets. (in words: forty-eight sets) of C160020/1 brake discs – (16 sets of discs per one Vehicle) in accordance with documentation number R710R420LGUP E-II79779_1_00 together with a set of brake linings C105255 (C105255/35B5X) up to 16 sets. shields on one Vehicle;

3) delivery of 48 sets. (in words: forty-eight sets) axial bearings, (16 sets of bearings per one vehicle 36WEa) - cylindrical roller bearings NJ+NJP 130x240 TNIVA820;

4) replacement of wheels, bearings, discs and brake linings (disassembly and assembly and any work related to replacement);

5) performing axis defectoscopy by ultrasonic method;

6) making the weight and adjusting the pressure of the Vehicle;

7) provision of new consumables, m.in. lubricants and screws;

8) preparation of the Vehicle for operation with the required tests and works.

The Contracting Authority requires that the subject of the contract be provided by the Contractor having implemented a quality management system in relation to the railway industry confirmed by the IRIS certificate (ISO/TS 22163). The subject of the contract should be carried out in compliance with quality, reliability and technical safety standards in accordance with IRIS standards. Pursuant to Article 107(2) of the Public Procurement Law, if the Contractor has not submitted the evidence in question or the evidence submitted is incomplete, the Contracting Authority shall call for their submission or supplementation within the prescribed period. The contracting authority may request from contractors explanations regarding the content of the evidence in question.

In order to fulfil the obligation resulting from Article 95(2) of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority specified in the draft contract the requirements of employment under an employment contract for persons performing activities in the field of contract performance, the performance of which consists in performing work in the manner specified in Article 22 §1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 – Labour Code (i.e. of 9 June 2022 (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1510, as amended).
