The subjects of the order are:
Winter maintenance services for sidewalks and bicycle paths at provincial roads administered by the WFD in Włodawa, in the seasons: 2023/2024, 2024/2025, 2025/2026 in the field of combating slippery and snow removal
Task No. 1 - sidewalk and bicycle path at the provincial road No. 816, section Sławatycze - Orchóweka) combating slippery conditions and clearing snow from sidewalks and bicycle paths in accordance with the Technical Description and bills of quantities.
(b) securing sand to combat slippery conditions on its own and at its own expense and loading it.
The sand used to combat winter slipperiness of pavements must meet the following requirements:
- grain size up to 2.00 mm, supergrains not more than 15% (not allowed in supergrains over 4.00 mm),
- must not contain organic contaminants such as grass, roots, etc.,
- yellow,
- must not contain any cohesive components, including even traces of clay or clay impurities.
Other requirements should correspond to the standard: PN-EN-13043:2004.
c) mechanical and manual snow removal in places inaccessible to the equipment – sidewalks, bicycle paths, separating islands and pedestrian asylums in such a way that the layer of snow left does not exceed 2-3 cm and constitutes an even surface. It is unacceptable to leave a layer of glaciated snow or ice on the cleared snow sections, creating an uneven, undulating surface.
(d) uniform sprinkling of sand on snow-covered areas over the entire width. It is unacceptable to scatter caked sand and the occurrence of discontinuities in sprinkling.
e) maintaining the equipment planned for the implementation of the Agreement and its operation in the period from 30 October, successively in 2023, 2024, 2025, to the end of the provision of services covered by the Agreement in the seasons 2023/2024, 2024/2025, 2025/2026, i.e. until 30 April in 2024, 2025, 2026.
f) ensuring direct communication with the operation of the equipment used for the performance of the contract, in order to provide the staff with instructions by the persons referred to in § 3 clause 1 in the model contract and immediately providing the persons referred to in § 3 clause 1 in the model contract with information about:
• the current condition of sidewalks and bicycle paths,
• the time of commencement and end of services on individual sections of sidewalks and bicycle paths,
• hazards caused by weather conditions,
• other incidents noticed on sidewalks or bicycle paths
g) The Contractor shall inform the Contracting entity about the exact time of commencement and completion of services on individual sections of sidewalks and bicycle paths
h) Services will be provided in accordance with the Technical Description in the field of winter maintenance of sidewalks and bicycle paths
Task No. 2 - sidewalk and bicycle path at the provincial road No. 812 section Korolówka - Okuninka II and section Okuninka II to the intersection with the district road to the town of Sobibór Railway Stationa) combating slippery conditions and clearing snow from sidewalks and bicycle paths in accordance with the Technical Description and bills of quantities.
