The Dutch Safety Board wishes to conclude a framework agreement with one broker for the external hiring of professionals and employees. A distinction is made between so-called search and contract assignments and contract assignments, both including the associated hiring administration.

In 3.5 years it was approximately eighty assignments, 90% of which were contracting assignments.

Based on calculating back with averages and the total annual turnover, this leads to a total indication of

1 050 hours through Search and Contract Assignments and 9 300 hours from Contract Assignments over four years.
