The subject of the contract is simplified monitoring, technical documentation along with obtaining the necessary administrative arrangements and decisions, as well as author supervision for tasks carried out by the Gorlice Forest District under the project "Comprehensive project of adaptation of forests and forestry to climate change - small retention and prevention of water erosion in areas mountain. "
3.2. The documentation will include:
3.2.1. Design documentation containing:
3.2.1.1. construction project to the extent taking into account the specificity of construction works.
3.2.1.2. executive project
3.2.1.3. The implementation of simplified monitoring applies to the construction of tanks implemented under billing numbers: 03-05-1.1-01 and 03-05-1.1-02.
3.2.2. Cost estimate documentation containing:
3.2.2.1. Investment estimate
3.2.2.2. Bill of quantities, which should include a list of the basic works envisaged to be carried out in the technological order of their implementation together with their detailed description or an indication of the grounds establishing a detailed description and an indication of the relevant technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works. The bill of quantities must be attached in the form
Enclosures, calculation and statement of the number of take-off units for basic works showing the method of calculating take-off items
3.2.3. Technical Specification of Performance and Acceptance of Works (STWiOR), as a detailed elaboration for a given task (building object) and containing sets of requirements that are necessary to determine the standard and quality of construction works, the use of materials and technology, as well as the rules for collecting and assessing the correctness of individual works . STWiOR should contain only elements referring to a specific task, including the course of the task implementation process (including the order of works, requirements for technology and materials, the method of performing inspections and acceptance of significant elements of objects or disappearing works) and the complete elimination of general standards, regulations and tables whose knowledge is not needed to implement and supervise a specific construction work
3.2.4. The documentation will be delivered in 4 copies in paper version. In addition, the Contractor shall provide electronic documentation in the .pdf format, .dwg format - for the drawing part (containing at least drawings of the situational plan in the PUWG 1992 coordinate system) and .doc and .xls (for the descriptive part) on an electronic medium
3.2.5. Immediately after signing the contract and before proceeding with the design work, the Employer will organize a meeting with the Contractor, at which he will provide: economic maps with planned locations of the objects, and indicate natural habitats, habitats of plant, fungal and animal species as well as other objects that cannot be violated through construction.
3.3. Catalog of administrative decisions and other documents necessary to obtain:
3.3.1. Decision on the environmental conditions of the investment (including the possible preparation of an environmental impact report),
3.3.2. Decision on building and land development conditions,
3.3.3. Reporting of works in areas of nature protection forms (not required when preparing the EIA Report),
3.3.4. Water law decision,
3.3.5. Declaration by the body responsible for monitoring Natura 2000 areas,
3.3.6. Declaration by the body responsible for water management,
3.3.7. Building permit or notification of construction works not requiring a building permit
3.4. Author's supervision - The Contractor will carry out author's supervision over the compliance of construction works with the documentation from the date of commencement of construction works continuously until the final acceptance and obtaining the occupancy permit inclusive - for 3 stays (confirmed by an entry in the construction log) at each facility. Author's supervision will be carried out each time at the request of the Ordering Party issued at least 2 days in advance. The Contractor's stay at the construction site resulting from design errors is not a stay under the author's supervision and the Employer does not bear the costs of this stay. As part of the author's supervision, the Contractor will explain to the contractor of construction works any doubts arising in the course of works and will therefore complete the details of the design documentation
