The subject of the contract is the provision of services of the Contract Engineer and investor supervision within the meaning of the Act of 7 July 1994 - Construction Law (consolidated text Journal of Laws 2021.2351) in the implementation of the task entitled: Comprehensive development of terraces and reconstruction of the northern wing of the PCU in Szczecin in the "design and build" formula consisting mainly in: cooperation in the settlement of a project co-financed from EU funds, supervision over the construction process throughout the entire implementation period investment, reporting and giving opinions on the progress of works and the progress of the investment, coordination, management and continuous supervision of the construction process and final and final settlement of the investment.

The investment will be financed from a targeted grant for the investment included in the Multiannual Financial Plan of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship for the years 2016-2038 for the task entitled: Comprehensive development of terraces and reconstruction of the northern wing of the Castle of the Pomeranian Dukes in Szczecin and from funds from the Regional Operational Programme for the West Pomeranian Voivodeship under measure 4.1. Cultural heritage.

The order will be approximately 42% financed from the funds from the Regional Operational Programme for the West Pomeranian Voivodeship under Measure 4.1. Cultural heritage.

The grant agreement was signed on 30.05.2022.
