Leasing of employees for conference services and conference furniture
Team Leader Conference ServiceCommon tasks:
. Contact person for events for employees of the Heinrich Böll Foundation, rental customers, cooperation partners and participants
. Training of new Host*essen conference service during operation
. Supervision, briefing, scheduling breaks, control of hosts' meals
. Independent work according to deployment sheet
. In the evenings and on weekends: opening and locking the house and activating/deactivating the alarm system before or after the events
. After successful furnishing acceptance of the assembled conference furniture together with team leader conference furniture
. Representation of the team leader permanently employed in the Heinrich Böll Foundation Conference service with regard to warehousing, drinks and table linen, as well as care and cleaning of the equipment in the catering kitchen
Technology:
. Construction of simple technology (beamer and laptop, simple microphone technology) according to technology sheet
Supervision of registration counters, cloakroom service, tasks during ongoing events in the event hall (hall assistance), back office:
. Washing dishes, glasses and cutlery
. Dispose of food leftovers, clean warming containers
. Cleaning coffee and dishwashers
Cateringbetreuung:
. Set-up and dismantling of beverage and food buffets
. Make coffee and tea, provide drinks and food
. Clearing tables
. Acceptance of the delivery catering
. Contact person for catering company and instruction in kitchen and catering area
. Control of beverage dispensing and documentation of beverage consumption
Host*ess KonferenzserviceSupport registration counters:
. Registration of participants (lists/digital)
. Providing information on the course of events
Garderobendienst:
. Guarding coats and bags/suitcases
Tasks during the ongoing event in the event hall (hall assistance):
. Microphone during audience discussion

Team leader conference furniture and employee conference furnitureAssistant Conference Furniture (m/f/d):
The following activities are to be carried out according to the specifications of the Heinrich Böll Foundation:
. Assembly and dismantling of conference furniture (stages made of podium elements, tables, chairs, lecterns, etc.) according to specified furnishing plans under the instruction of the team leader Conference furniture
. Transport of conference furniture by trolley
. Erection and dismantling of mobile partition walls
. Tidying up and keeping order in the furniture warehouse
. Transport and installation of decorative and equipment objects for events using the appropriate safety-tested facilities (climbing aids)
Team Leader Conference Furniture (m/f/d):
In addition to the activities of the conference furniture employee, a team leader is required for the responsible furnishing of the rooms, who coordinates and guides the work of the employees furniture on site.
