The main building comprises a slope floor / basement, the ground floor and an upper floor (= top floor).

Waterproofing work on reinforced concrete base plate 600m2.

Screed work:

Total (screed/heated screed): 3.425m2

Cement screed, floating, single-layer heating screed total: approx. 2,600m2 total

(1,850m2 for parquet flooring, 265m2 for epoxy resin coating, 230m2 for tile covering, 35m2 for clean-up zone)

Cement screed, laid floating, two-layer heating screed as a visible screed with surface sealing 825m2.

Coating work:

Coating work on STB base plate, smoothed wings, with dust-binding paint 185m2

Coating work on cement screed surfaces with epoxy resin paint 265m2.
