a) The subject of the contract is a service consisting in comprehensive service of a collection of coins from parking meters located in the Paid Parking Area in Krakow.

b) The Ordering Party described the subject of the order by means of:

• the proposed provisions of the contract: Annex 2 to SWZ;

• description of the subject of the contract with attachments: Annex No. 8 to the SWZ;

c) Service completion date: from 02.01.2024 to 31.12.2024.

a) The subject of the contract is a service consisting in comprehensive service of a collection of coins from parking meters located in the Paid Parking Area in Krakow.

b) The Ordering Party described the subject of the order by means of:

• PPU- appendix no. 2 to SWZ;

• OPZ- Annex 8 to SWZ;

c) Service completion date: from 02.01.2024 to 31.12.2024.

d) The contracting authority, in accordance with Article 95(1) of the Public Procurement Law, requires the contractor to employ, on the basis of an employment relationship, persons performing the following activities:

• Physical security worker - direct performance of the service

• Supervision employee - direct performance of the service

• Technical security employee - direct performance of the service

• Employee of the round-the-clock monitoring center of alarm systems - direct performance of the service.

The Contracting Authority permits the possibility of personal execution of the contract by persons engaged in business or partners of the commercial law company.

e) The Ordering Party does not require the submission of an offer after a local inspection and verification by the Contractor of the documents necessary for the performance of the contract available on the spot at the contracting authority.

f) Pursuant to Article 121 of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority reserves the obligation to personally perform key tasks by the Contractor. By key tasks, the Contracting Authority shall understand: selecting, escorting and transporting coins and making payments to the Ordering Party's bank account from a separate bank account of the Contractor.
