Radius Housing (Radius) on behalf of itself and the named parties (Contracting Authority) is seeking to select two Employers Agent, multi-disciplinary teams to assist in the delivery of Land, Design and Build projects (package deals where a developer provides the site, designs, builds and completes the project) arising out of successful bids being received for the competitions run by Radius Housing Association or “called off” any appropriate Land Design & Build Framework.

Each Employers Agent Team must include an Architect and Quantity Surveyor providing the service in conjunction with each other. Either discipline may take the role as lead consultant for the purposes of the provision of the services; the other discipline will act as the Lead Consultant’s Sub Consultant. The Consultant leading the Services shall be the lead consultant and shall be solely responsible for management of and delivery by all key “sub-consultants” (i.e. those who fulfil the other appropriate design disciplines).
