Lot 2: home collection service of blood and biological samples with storage and transport to the company collection point - CIG n. 9924378FCB

The object of the contract is to award the management of the venous sampling service and the related administrative activities as specified below.

Users of the service covered by these specifications are ambulatory persons, including elderly people (over 65 years), disabled people, pregnant women domiciled far from hospital collection points.

In particular, the service concerns:

▪ administrative procedures for accepting and collecting the ticket with data entry on a computer on management software made available by the contracting authority;

▪ filtering activities to control user inputs;

▪ blood and/or microbiological sampling, haemogenic tests according to good professional practices, including recognition of the operator by the patient, appropriate clothing and use of safety supplies;

▪ collection of biological samples (including those collected privately by the user) according to the methods agreed with the analysis laboratory of the P.O. of Bassano;

▪ tidying, restoration and sanitization activities at the end of the service of the available spaces;

▪ disposal of special and non-special waste deriving from the activity;

▪ conservation of samples taken in accordance with the law;

▪ transport with own vehicles and containers in accordance with the standards of the samples at the analysis laboratory of the PO San Bassiano.

The object of the contract is the organization and execution of home blood and biological samples collection activities for non-ambulatory subjects, with storage and transport of samples to the company collection point.

The service is aimed exclusively at non-ambulatory patients identified by the prescriber or, in special cases, at patients expressly indicated by the competent structures of the district.
